Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are available for first-time purchases only. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further charges.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. If you have explicitly consented to the start of the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be limited accordingly.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of documented abuse of the Service, violation of our Terms of Service, or repeated refund requests beyond the initial purchase.
